Sue Hampson - Event Manager

I have been with Norwich Fitness Club since it first was established in 2008. Making the decision to join was easy because of my enjoyment for exercise and sport. I have played netball since the age of 10 and skied since I was 18.

I love adrenalin based activities such as high ropes, zip-line and theme parks. I also enjoy obstacle course races, such as Warrior and Muck races; my goal is to complete Tough Mudda. I like to think people with the right attitude can overcome fears to achieve their goals.

I like organising charity fundraising events, in particular for Cancer Research. I also like to arrange nights out for the members, where we can forget about carbs and alcohol.

I have worked in mental health, ranging from medium secure psychiatric hospitals to being a manager at a community based woman's mental health unit. I am currently working with children with disabilities as a Residential Children's Practitioner.

I hope to meet everybody with Norwich Fitness Club on a night out or at training at some point.

Brad Fisher - Head Coach

I studied at Gresham's School from the age of four until eighteen. I loved every moment of it; primarily because of the amount of sport we played each week. Fitness and sport have always played a major role in my life.

After I left school I knew I wanted to help people achieve their fitness goals and accomplish sporting success. I have been in the fitness industry for 12 years and my work has varied greatly. I have helped people with weight issues, worked on specific sporting requirements and have helped people rehabilitate and recover from injury.

I have also been fortunate to work with sporting stars such as ex-England footballer, Dean Ashton, and a young and aspiring Leicester Tigers rugby player.

My specialties are weight management and nutrition. By taking a closer look at the calories we consume, we are able to aspire and commit to change. Diets do not have to be dull - they can be delicious! Think mouth-watering moderation.

Training should be fun and I like to keep things interesting by varying each and every session, while ensuring the whole body is targeted each and every time.

Sharon Plummer - Boxing Instructor and Personal Trainer

Hey, My name is Sharon, having trained with the Ricky Hatton Academy I am an approved Boxing for Fitness Instructor and also a level 3 PT and nutritional advisor.

I am passionate about people having fun whilst getting fit and I love the diversity fitness can offer whether its boxing or lifting weights, I thrive on seeing clients achieve their goals.

I especially love to train with those who struggle with low self esteem and confidence issues as I enjoy nothing more than seeing someone transform into a happy and confident person and in the process finding a new love and enjoyment for fitness whilst turning their lives around by finding a healthy balanced lifestyle with no more yoyo dieting!

Although I'm passionate about boxing and especially training outdoors I am a real girly girl at heart and love anything pink, including my boxing gloves!

I love running Boxcamp and seeing clients come along and not just throw some punches but gain a new skill whilst having a great all over workout - a great challenge for any fitness level!

So excited to be part of the Norwich Fitness Club team and hope to compliment and bring a different dimension to the work of an already amazing team.
