Train with us for one month before deciding. You'll get great results and feel much more confident if you then decide to join a gym. We'll even give you advice as to which ones are best and how to get the most from your membership.
Our fee is for one month (4 weeks] and is by calendar month. If you are going to be away for more than one week or you wish to start immediately in the middle of a month then please use our contact form to ask for advice.
Absolutely not. We advise members to plan their sessions each month based on their lifestyle and what will be of most benefit to them. If you are new to exercise you may wish to do 2 or 3 sessions per week of low to medium intensity. If however it’s your second or third month or you feel you need more of a challenge you can choose higher intensity sessions and opt for a higher volume. We recommend that you only do the amount and intensity of exercise that you can recover from. Our experienced instructors will help you to plan each month for maximum benefit.
Unfortunately not. We believe that if you get to as few as 6 sessions per month you will still see results and get some great advice from your instructors. Obviously if you are unable to attend due to illness please do let us know. If you provide a doctor’s note we can credit you with the missed sessions for use at a later date.
Yes all sessions pay as you go. For just £5.00 you can come along to any session. A NFC membership does work out cheaper per session if you join.
